Vonario, operated by Silway LLC. By placing an order on our website,
you agree to the shipping terms below.
1. Order Processing
Most products sold on Vonario are made to order, including printed and embroidered apparel, hats, mugs,
and other custom gift items. Because each item is created after purchase, processing time is required
before shipment.
Our standard order processing time is typically 2β5 business days. Processing times may vary
depending on product type, order volume, production schedule, holidays, or other business conditions.
2. Shipping Time
After production is completed, estimated delivery time is typically 5β10 business days
for U.S. orders.
Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays,
incorrect addresses, high order volume, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the United States. If shipping options are available for your
location, they will be shown during checkout.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The final shipping
cost may depend on the product type, quantity, shipping destination, and shipping method available.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if
tracking is available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not
responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated
address information.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at
support@vonario.com. Once an order enters production or ships,
address changes may not be possible.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package appears delayed or missing, please check the tracking information first and contact the
shipping carrier for updates. If you still need assistance, contact our support team with your order number
and tracking details.
We will do our best to help investigate the issue, but we are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery
issues caused by factors outside our control.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution according
to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, especially if they contain different product types or are
fulfilled by different production partners. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
