This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how return, replacement, and refund requests are handled by
Vonario, operated by Silway LLC. Please read this policy carefully before
placing an order.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Most products sold on Vonario are print-on-demand items, including printed and embroidered apparel, hats, mugs,
and other custom gift products. Each item is made after an order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as
wrong size selected, change of mind, incorrect color choice, or customer ordering mistakes.

2. Eligible Issues

We may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution if your item arrives with one of the following issues:

  • The item is damaged during delivery.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong product, size, color, or design.
  • The print or embroidery is significantly different from the product listing.
  • The order is missing an item due to our fulfillment error.

3. Request Timeframe

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted
after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

4. How to Request Support

To request help with a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, defect, damage, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during delivery

5. Review Process

Once we receive your request, our support team will review the information provided. If the issue is approved,
we may offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.

We may request additional photos or information before making a final decision.

6. Returns

In some cases, we may ask you to return the item before a refund or replacement is issued. If a return is required,
we will provide instructions by email.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Printed or embroidered apparel
  • Used, washed, worn, or altered items
  • Items returned without prior approval

8. Size and Color Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for checking product details, size charts, color options, and order information before
completing checkout. Minor differences in color, print placement, embroidery placement, or sizing may occur due to
screen settings, lighting, production methods, or garment manufacturing tolerances.

These minor differences are not considered defects.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once a refund is processed, it may
take several business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

10. Replacements

If a replacement is approved, we will arrange production and shipment of the replacement item. Replacement processing
and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, production schedule, and shipping carrier.

11. Cancellations and Order Changes

Because our products are made to order, cancellations or order changes may only be possible before the order enters
production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

12. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier first.
If you still need help, contact us with your order number and tracking details.

We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays,
incorrect addresses, or other factors outside our control.
